Dear Parents

1. The next Cub Meeting will be at the Yermasoyia Scout hut from 3pm to 5.30pm on Saturday 30th May. Please note that Cubs taking part in this meeting most probably will get wet as it’s the Kataklismos Weekend.

2. On Saturday 13th June the Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will be camping at the Scout hut in Yermasoyia. The Fun Camp will start at 8.00am on Saturday and finish at 11.30am on Sunday 14th June. During the camp Cubs will go by bus and visit to the Costas Argyrou Museum in Mazotos on Saturday morning. They also need their swimming Costume as they will get wet going through the obstacle course made by Scouts and Explorers once back at Camp. Dinner will be cooked by the 53rd Parents cooking team. Campers will be sleeping outdoors in tents. Those taking part must complete and return the permission slip below together with €15 by Saturday 6th June. This is the last date for forms to be handed in.

Kit list: Swimming Costume, Sleeping bag, Foam bed roll, Track suits (it does get very cold at night even in summer), Toiletries (toothbrush, paste, comb, soap, towel), Night Wear, Torch, Extra clothing (shirts, shorts, T-shirts), Hat and sun cream, Underwear and socks, Plate, Cup, Knife, fork, spoon, tea towel, Water bottle, change of shoes and Full Summer Uniform (to be worn to camp).

PARENTS PERMISSION TO CAMP FORM
