Dear Parent,
1. The next Scout Meeting will be on the 16th May at the Yermasoyia Scout Hut at the normal times 3.00pm to 5.30pm. On Saturday the Young Explorers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will be running an International Village at the Yermasoyia Scout hut during their Meeting. Parents are invited to come at 4.00pm to visit the stalls and taste the different foods and learn more about the Countries represented. Reminder: We are now in Summer Uniform.
Each Patrol has been given a Country and must run a stall representing that Country with foods and info about their Country. Scouts must be in contact with their PLs as what must be done to make this event a success. If PLs are not sure what they have to do please contact Andreas.
2. The opening times of the Limassol Scout shop have changed. The new times until 31st Oct 2026 are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2.30pm to 7.30pm, Wednesday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 10am - 1pm. The scout shop phone numbers is 25662530.
3. The 53rd would like to Thank All who supported the Group by attending our Fete on Saturday 9th May making it a very successful event. A special Thank you to the 53rd Parents Committee and Parents who helped make this an enjoyable Fete for all and all who donated items.
4. This Years summer Camp will be on the 27th to the 30th June at the Happy Valley Scout Campsite in Episkopi. The cost of the camp will be €70 per person and must be paid by the 16th May. If for any reason we are not able to camp in Happy Valley the Camp will be at the Yermasoyia Scout hut.
We will not be able to add names after the 16th May 2026. Permission to camp forms, kit list and medical forms will be given out at a later date. Please complete the slip below and hand in on the 16th May with payment.
5. The Calendar Page on the 53rd website has been updated until the end of June.

Summer Camp 2026
